A take charge protagonist, a fun cast of characters with a few odd ones mixed in , and a small town Indiana setting made this one of the best cozies I ve read in a long time The surprises that popped up along the way sure kept me guessing, but the conclusion was logical and delightfully satisfying This was a down home heckuva good series debut.

This book, set in southern Indiana, is a good introduction of a new series Robbie Jordan has recently moved to this area from California, and has just opened her own restaurant, where she also sells vintage cookware There is a murder to solve, especially as Robbie has possibly been named a person of interest in the investigation The book is well plotted, and I found the characters likeable and well developed I plan to continue this series.

Loved everything about this story The heroine didn t find the murderer, he she found her, the characters are wonderful and the plots were good Can t wait for the next one.

Terrific debut

This was a fun debut book for the author and the series I m a total sucker for a store owner turned sleuth searching for a murderer A breakfast place with delicious sounded meals and a strong and confident owner makes it even better I was quickly intrigued by this book and the murder had be stumped This was a case of too many suspects, but not enough actual clues Robbie has her work cut out for her in the town where she is an outsider trying to keep her business afloat despite competitors trying [...]

Rounding this rating up to a 4 from a 3.5 This series has a lot of potential and I will continue to read it, but the first book had some slow parts for me I do love the idea behind it though

I am hooked on another series Fipped for Murder provides exactly what I look for in a cozy mystery, a good plot, a strong main characters, and great interaction with other characters.

Great new series Once again I find myself loving all cozies culinary.

I waffled between enjoying this cozy mystery and feeling that it just fell flat 9 11 15 I received an ARC from NetGalley 9 1 15
