Christian fiction or just fiction I felt this story was good with strong characters but with it being an e short it was confusing and quick I also am not sure if this is considered a Christian fiction book because it only talks about false gods The first chapter sample to Sheba seems pretty good but I m not sure if I will read it.

Stories told in first person are my least favourite, but THIS was exquisite Simple and elegant Thank you Ms Lee I look forward to the book.

I really like Tosca Lee s imaginative writing, even if I am not drawn to all of her subjects I haven t read all of her books, but Havah was one of my favorites, and I also really enjoyed her Legend of Sheba I picked this novella up because it was a prequel to Sheba, and I m glad I did Well done

I loved this little tid bit from Tosca Lee It was even better since I read Legend of Sheba.

Heartbreakingly beautiful Whether you re a history buff or a Bible believer, you will want to read this Full of sadness, it offers great insight into the future of a queen

After having read this silly book I know why I don t read romance novels This book, albeit short, was a waste of time For example the author has Osmeni, as a young child, admire about her mother, a supposedly strong, forceful woman, the slenderness of her feet Not a very liberated image, and doesn t bode well for a book about a woman who becomes a leader of men.

Very good imagery.

I read Tosca Lee s stories in reverse order, The Legend of Sheba being the first and this prelude the second Bummer I think I would have liked it much better if I had not read Legend of Sheba The writing is good, the characters are set up, but the whole story feels cut short Legend of Sheba was so rich, vivid, and thoughtful While I was familiar with the setting already, I had hoped for a little time spent on Ismeni s story I think my expectations were too high because Legend of Sheba was so go [...]
