What I love about Tony a bit like Richard Branson is the bold and fun attitude of the guy He won t be saying to you that you need this and this to succeed instead, the guy would tell you to trust your gut and go for your own thing, then figure out how to do it better Besides that, the story of Zappos is also a brilliant approach to a crowded market shoes with an innovative twist that goes into the same path of by REALLY satisfying customers first The story is very inspiring.

Beyond Hsieh personal story, I deeply enjoyed learning about the Zappos way of treating, training, helping its staff to grow personally and professionally This easy to read fun book about corporate culture is a must read for everyone involved in human resources management and everyone who believes in a long term, respectful and mutually beneficial relationship between a company and its employees If only bosses could think and act like Tony
